• User Configurations: We save the video titles, descriptions, and resulting AI-generated thumbnail images to your account so you can access, edit, or download them from your dashboard at any time.
• No Storage of Uploads: Any reference images or canvas sketches you upload are processed temporary and are not permanently stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized to operate the GenLayers platform, generate your graphics, maintain your secure dashboard, and ensure your credit balances are precisely updated.

3. Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We partner with secure industry providers to fulfill transactions and monitor our application:

• Payments: Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not store or process your credit card information.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous diagnostics and usage trends to improve application responsiveness.
• AI Image Generation: We send text prompts and layout commands to third-party generation services to design your thumbnails. No personally identifiable account information is shared with these processors.

GenLayers utilizes standard browser cookies and local storage tokens to maintain your login session via Firebase and register usage metrics through our analytics partners. You can configure your browser to decline cookies, though doing so might disable certain platform features.
