1. Account Registration & Safety

To use our core generation features, you must log in securely via Firebase. You are entirely responsible for protecting your account access.

We employ default safety and moderation settings within our underlying AI generation models. However, you are strictly prohibited from attempting to generate content that contains illegal material, graphic violence, extreme adult content, or severe harassment.

2. Credit System & Expiration

• Consumption: Credits are deducted from your balance as soon as you execute an AI generation command.
• Expiration Rules: To maintain system resources and cloud processing allocations, unused credits expire automatically depending on your purchased package tier:
  • Starter Pack and Creator Pack credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Pro Pack credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Refund and Credit Adjustment Policy

All transactions are securely processed via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

All sales are final. Because generating thumbnails consumes immediate, non-refundable server computing costs (GPUs), we cannot issue cash refunds once credits are bought.

Technical Error Credit Restore: If a technical error occurs and the system takes your credits but fails to display or generate your thumbnail, we will happily correct the balance. Please contact us with your account details, and we will manually re-apply the lost credits to your dashboard.

4. Generation Ownership and Licensing

GenLayers claims zero ownership over the titles, text, configurations, or resulting thumbnails you generate on our service.

Your right to commercially utilize the generated outputs (such as monetizing them on YouTube) is governed entirely by the default terms of the underlying open-source and API base models used to compile your graphics (including Google Vertex AI and Pollinations AI platforms).

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. AI generations can occasionally output imperfect, unexpected, or inconsistent results. GenLayers shall not be held liable for any damages, channel suspensions, loss of revenue, or copyright disputes arising from your use or distribution of generated thumbnails.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes related to GenLayers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
